Return & Refund Policy

For any kind of claims (Damage/Defect/Wrong item Delivered)

You should raise a complaint on the same day of delivery for any claims.

Also you should submit the unboxing video as per the requirement.

 

Unboxing Video Rules:

First of all you should submit 360 degree unboxing video of the product and you should show the defect/damage/issue in the same video without any pause.

Without unboxing video we can't issue a any refund or replacement options.

Electronic products like Smartwatch:

In case of electronic products,you should power on the device and show the issue,if it is out of charge, you should plug in to the charger without pausing the video and wait until 2 minutes to get it charged, please try to shoot unboxing video with a help of a person

 

Replacement:

In case you got a defect product or wrong item and you submitted the required unboxing video, then you will get replacement option.

If available we will try to arrange return pickup,but in case of unavailability, we will provide a return address to our warehouse and you should send the product through courier to us.If the mistake is ours,we will provide the refund of courier charge.In case if it's not our mistake, you should pay it by your side.

 

 

Refund:

Refund is only available in some specific conditions.if the product is not in stock for replacement you can request for refund.If the mistake is at our end we will refund 100% amount and will give you return courier charge to send the product to us.

 

If its not,you will get a refund after deducting the courier charge and you should return the product by your side
